Membership Terms & Disclosures
- The club reserves the right to rent out courts or areas for private events or tournaments with advance notice where possible.
- Court schedules are subject to change due to special events or maintenance.
- The club may temporarily close courts for weather, safety, or maintenance reasons.
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime — no refund for the current billing cycle.
- Annual memberships receive 2 free months and are paid upfront with no refund for early cancellations.
- Membership rates may change; Founding Members keep their locked rate as long as membership remains active.
- Members receive priority for court reservations over non-members.
- Members may reserve courts up to 30 days in advance with one active reservation at a time.
- Reserved courts are released if players don't arrive within 10 minutes of their scheduled time.
- Challenge court rotation: 2-on-2-off up to 8 waiting players; 4-on-4-off for more than 8.
- Non-marking athletic shoes required. Respectful sportsmanship expected at all times.
- Members and guests assume all risks associated with playing pickleball.
- Damaged or lost rented equipment may incur replacement fees.
- The club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
